the first is from the Billion Dollar Baby era. original band, but drunk. he seems a bit upset.

the second is now Alice. the lovable, beautifully aged golfer. trying to comfort B$B the best he can.
the third is…about 80’s, Stage Alice. much more independant and controling than his younger counterpart.
this is kind of a representation of how the Alice character changed from the “whipping boy” to the man with the whip, meanwhile Alice/Vincnent himself was always there and will always will be, acting as the median and father of his characters.
